Team & Experience
The team is led by well known industry expert Jim Cialdea, P.E. who has been in the testing and maintenance industry for 35+ years. He is a current Board Member of the InterNational Electrical Testing Association (NETA) with other various roles for that organization, serves as the Secretary of the Boston chapter of IEEE PES, and is a member of the National Electrical Code Committee. He has also served as past presidents of NETA and the Massachusetts Electrical Contractors Association (MECA). He is a registered Professional Engineer and holds Master’s Electrician licenses in multiple states and a Bachelor’s Degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Electrical Engineering.
The operational team is led by Stephen Cialdea, P.E. who started his career in research on the topic of distributed large capacity energy storage and worked as a practicing engineer for approximately ten years after his role in research. Stephen holds a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University. He holds his Professional Engineering License and NETA IV Certification.
